Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your appointment or service with us. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment/service will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations made prior to 24 hours of the scheduled appointment/service will not incur any cancellation fees. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation policy.
